Meatballs
1 lb ground beef
1/2 c dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup minced onion
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 tsp fresh snipped parsley
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup bacon grease
Sauce
12 oz bottle chili sauce
10 oz jar grape jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, crumbs, onions, milk, eggs and seasonings until evenly incorporated. Shape into 1 inch balls.
Melt bacon grease in large, heavy, skillet. Brown meatballs evenly. Remove from skillet and drain grease.
Heat chili sauce and jelly in the skillet until jelly is melted and mixture is smooth, stirring constantly.
Add meatballs and stir gently until completely coated. Simmer 30 minutes on stove to or place in crockpot©on low until ready to serve. Serve hot.

Sometimes my family prefers spaghetti sauce over the sweet n sour.
To save time, you can buy frozen premade meatballs. Prepare according to package directions. Then place in crockpot with favorite sauce.
