1lb. bacon fried & crumbled
1/2 cup onion diced
1 bag hash browns
9 eggs or egg substitute
2/3 cup whipping cream or half and half
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9x13 pan. Put hash browns in bottom. Break eggs over and break the yolks. Pour cream over next. Sprinkle with bacon and onion on top. Add shredded cheddar. Bake 350 degrees for 45 mins-1hour
