1 can of favorite chili with or without beans.
1 8 oz. bag of shredded sharp cheddar cheese.

Spread cream cheese in a 9 x 9 baking dish or pie plate, layer with the can of chili and then top with the shredded cheese, microwave for 2-3 minutes until cheese on top is melted, serve with corn chips.
