Cottage Cheese Dill Dip
• 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
• 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
• 1 teaspoon dried dillweed
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• Dash garlic powder
Directions:
In blender container or food processor place cottage cheese, green onion, parsley, dill, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and garlic powder. Cover and blend until smooth. Chill, covered, 1 hour, or up to 24 hours. Serve with sliced raw vegetables or crackers.
