Beer Cheese Spread Recipe
This is good to use witrh raw veggies, chips or crackers.... Has a very delightful taste....
Ingredients
• 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
• 4 oz bleu or roquefort cheese
• 1 stick butter, room temp.
• 1 can beer
• 3 teaspoons wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon tabasco or cayenne pepper
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 1 teaspoon dijon mustard

Directions
1. Combine all ingredients; mix thoroughly with food processor.
2. serve as a dip for raw veggies, chips or crackers...
