1-2 lbs of pork tenderloin - remove silver skin
Cajun Injector butter & garlic marinade
Tony Chachere's Seasoning
Aluminum foil

Directions:
Directions:
Make sure your grill is hot. Inject the meat with the butter & garlic marinade. Rub/slather the outside of the pork with the same marinade. Sprinkle heavily with Tony's. Place pork on hot grill and brown both sides 5-10 minutes. Wrap tenderloin tightly in foil and cook on indirect heat long and slow.
