4 bone in smoked pork chops
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

Sauce:
1 tablespoon oil
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/2 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup cream cheese spread

Directions:
Directions:
Rub pork chops with Cajun seasoning and grill over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Meanwhile, start on the sauce.

Saute' mushrooms, onions, garlic, and Cajun seasoning in oil over medium heat until softened. Add chicken broth and cream cheese. Stir until smooth. Serve immediately spooned over pork chops.
