Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 pound baby carrots
1 stick butter or margarine (melted)
2 T flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots in water on top of stove. Drain and mash. Stir melted butter in with carrots. Add all other ingredients and blend with a mixer. Pour into greased or buttered casserole dish (9X9). Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
