3 cups peeled, cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
½ cup butter, melted
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Topping recipe:

1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup flour
4 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 2 quart baking dish. Mix all ingredients together. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth. Pour into prepared dish. Mix together topping with a fork and sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
