1 1/2 c. soda cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
4 to 5 c. onions, sliced
2 T. butter
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. chopped Velveeta

Directions:
Directions:
Put crackers and melted butter in bottom of greased casserole, reserve small amount for top. Saute onions in the 2 T. butter. Add eggs to milk and mix with cheese, put in onions and let cheese melt. Pour over crumb mixture. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top. Bake at 350 oven for 45 minutes.
