16 oz package of pasta (Rotini, Farfalle, etc)
8 oz of Velveeta
4 oz of Provolone
2 oz of Muenster
2oz of cheese that might be lingering in the fridge
one stick of butter (at least)
3/4 cup of milk or 1/2 and 1/2
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg

Cook pasta to el dente and place in crock pot on low. Add cheese in small chunks along with butter and seasoning. Let cook for 3 hours, stirring from time to time.

Brother Brian makes a much better oven baked version patterned after Aunt Mildred Greiner's oven baked mac and cheese. The crock pot version is great to please the kids or take along to a pot luck.
