CRUST :
1 1/2 cups flour
3 T. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup butter

FILLING:
2 cups sugar
3 T. flour
5 egg yolks
4 cups diced rhubarb
!/2 cream
1 grated orange rind

MERINGUE TOPPING:
5 egg whites
9 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together crust ingredients and pat into a 9x13 pan and bake at 325º for 30 min.

Mix together filling ingredients and pour over baked crust and continue to bake for 40 more minutes or until center is set.

Beat egg whites till stiff . Slowly add 9 T sugar while still beating. Spread over the filling and continue to bake till the top is browned.
