1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2/3 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups flour
2/3 cup choc chips
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugars and butter. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat. Stir in flour , soda and salt. Stir in choc chips. Drop by large spoonfuls onto cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes, or until slightly browned ( the secret to getting a chewy cookie is to take them out before they look done.) Take out of oven and let sit on cookie sheet for about a minute before trying to remove them. ( they will be soft) Cool them on a clean counter.
