1 1/2 cups sugar
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/3 cup water
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Place over boiling water and beat with a rotary mixer until mixture holds its shape (about 7 minutes). Fold in 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Beat until cool.
