I usually make this every Christmas instead of fruit cake. Very good. Hmmmmmm good --- Betty

Betty, my eldest sister. Betty is 16 years older than I am. Starting in my youth, her daughter, my niece, Ruth Ann, used to take turns every other summer coming to Iowa or me going to Houston, Texas. When our two weeks were up and we were to be sent home, we would beg to stay another week or two. It was great having two families you could call your own. I was an Aunt Mary when I was 4 years old. I loved being Ruth Ann, Marc and Tommy's aunt. How many four-year-olds do you know that have a title?
