Ingredients:  
Dressing Mix= 3 lbs. ground chuck and 1 lb. Jimmy Deans Pork Sausage (hot or mild)
1 can Chicken stock
2 large onions chopped
2 stalks celery chopped
1 large bell pepper chopped
Parsley chopped
Cooked rice (at least 4 cups or more)
Garlic (2 tbl. minced)
small amount of oil to saute vegetable

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, celery, bell pepper and garlic in oil. Saute meats in separate pan and drain. Add meat to vegetable mixture and cook down. Season w/salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc., to taste. Add hot cooked rice and mix gently. At this time add chicken broth to moisten if needed. Put lid back on to finish steaming then add green onions and parsley. Check seasonings before serving.
