4 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breasts, 1/4 cup tarragon leaves, 4 whole stalks of celery-chopped fine, 2 cups chopped walnuts, 2 cups mayonnaise, 1 cup sour cream, salt and pepper, 2 cups of seedless red grapes-sliced in half.

In a large saucepan, cover chicken pieces with water, add tarragon and bring to a boil. Simmer covered for 15-20 minutes, pour off liquid and then let chicken cool. Cut the chicken into small chunks and put in a large bowl. Add celery, walnuts, mayonnaise, sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate.
