2 eggs
1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. anise powder
1 3/4 cups flour
1 pinch baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and powdered sugar with a whisk until foamy (about 2 minutes). Stir in vanilla and anise. Mix in flour and baking powder. Fill pastry bag with the batter. Holding the pastry bag vertically over the baking sheet, form small round cookies. Let stand 1 hour at room temperature. Bake at 400º for 10 minutes. Cookies will remain light colored.
