1--Tub store bought Frosting, or make your own, any flavor.
1--Container of Almond Bark
Coconut or your choice of topping

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake, according to directions. Let cool, until it is warm. Mix warm cake with frosting, to a play dough consistency. Yes, it is ok to use your clean hands to mix. Form into balls, with your hands, or by using a scoop. Place balls on wax paper. Refrigerate for several hours. Melt Almond Bark in the microwave, a small amount at a time is best. Dip Cake Balls in melted Bark. Place back on wax paper to set. Decorate the way, you want. Be Creative! You might want to roll in coconut, or finely chopped or crushed nuts. The cakes look very pretty, drizzled with different colored icing, or rolled in melted chocolate, or spread chocolate stripes around them. In addition to cooling, you may want to place the cake balls in the freezer, one hour before adding almond coating. This is a rich treat, and yummy!
