1/2 package Oreo cookies ( not double stuff),
1/4 Cup melted butter,
1/2 gallon green mint ice cream,
lg. can evaporated milk,
1 cup sugar,
2 squares semi sweet baking chocolate,
Sweetened whipped cream
Directions:
Directions:
Crush Oreos and mix with melted butter. Put them in a 9x13 pan , pat down and freeze.

Slice ice cream and layer onto frozen cookie mixture. Pat down evenly. Put in freezer.

Mix together evaporated milk, sugar and chocolate in a heavy saucepan and cook till thickened. Cool slightly.

Spread chocolate over ice cream layer and freeze.

Serve with sweetened whipped cream.
