1 lb. ground chuck or round beef
2 c. chopped onion
1 29 oz can of crushed tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) EACH black beans, chickpeas and red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (14.5 oz) zesty diced tomatoes with green chilies
3 T. chili powder
1 T. chopped garlic
1 t. cumin
1 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef and onions until browned and onions are translucent. Drain fat from meat. Transfer to crockpot. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook 6 - 8 hours on low.
