3/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butter flavored Crisco
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
3 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 cups flour
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
8 to 10 fun sized Snickers candy bars
1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted

Directions:

Heat oven to 375º. Mix first six ingredients together until well blended. Combine next three ingredients and add to other mixture. Mix until blended. Cut Snickers bars into thirds. Shape about 1 tbsp. cookie dough around each candy bar piece. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes. Drizzle with melted chocolate and let cool.
