Cake:
1 box Devil's Food cake mix

Whipped Cream Frosting (for between layers):
1 pint whipping cream
4 tbsp powered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Snow Peak Frosting (for top and sides):
1-1/2 cups white corn syrup
2 egg whites
Pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake by directions on cake box. Bake cake and cool. Prepare Whipped Cream Frosting by beating whipping cream with powdered sugar and vanilla. Frost between layers of cake. To make frosting, heat corn syrup in a small pan until bubbles form around pan. Beat egg whiles until frothy and add salt. Slowly add hot syrup and vanilla to egg whites until peaks form. Ice cake with Snow Peak Frosting.
