1/2 c. warm water
2 packages dry yeast
1 1/2 c. lukewarm milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter or margarine
7 to 7 1/2 c. flour

Caramel:
1 c. brown sugar
2 T. honey
2 T. water
1 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in milk, sugar, salt, eggs and shortening. Add flour until dough handles easily. Knead about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl. Let rise until double. Punch down, let rise again. Divide dough; roll each half to about 15 x 9. Spread with butter and half cup of sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon. Roll up, beginning at wide side. Cut in 1 inch slices and place in greased 9 x 13 pan on top of caramel.

Caramel: Cook over low heat until sugar is dissolved-do not boil. May sprinkle with pecans. Bake @ 350º for 25 minutes.
