1/3 cup raspberry jam
2 eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1 cup chopped walnuts

Shortbread
1 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut butter into flour and sugar until mixture is like fine meal. Press into lightly greased 9x9 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Spread jam on shortbread. Beat eggs, brown sugar and vanilla. Stir in salt, soda, and flour. Add nuts. Pour in pan. Bake 20-25 minutes.
