1 stick butter
4 eggs
Deluxe Yellow Cake Mix
11 oz. mandarin oranges with juice

Frosting:

1 large cool whip (13.5 oz)
1 15 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
1 large instant vanilla pudding mix

Heat oven to 350°

Grease and flour three 9” cake pans. (lining bottom of pans with circles of wax paper is recommended)

Mix all in a large bowl with mixer. Pour into pans and cook for 20 minutes. Cool before removing from pans.

Frosting:
Put all ingredients in bowl and use mixer to mix. Spread generously between layers, sides and top of cake. Cake is better if chilled thoroughly.
