5 whole eggs
1 T cornmeal
1 T vinegar
1 T cold water
1 t vanilla
6 T butter, melted
2 c. sugar
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 400º for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350º for about 30 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
