3 cups sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
3 teaspoons baking powder
3 teaspoons butter

Directions:
Mix and roll thin on a cookie sheet. Cut into shapes or squares before baking at 400º to 425º until golden brown. Watch them close or they become too dark.

This is a simple hard bread that seems to be a favorite during spring Holidays. I often served this in a basket with Rye Crisp and Jewish Matzo bread.
