1 pkg. Bakery Style Blueberry Muffin Mix
1/4 Butter, softened
1/3 C Finely Chopped Pecans
1 pkg. (8 oz) Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 C Sugar
1 Egg
3 T Lemon Juice
1 t Grated Lemon Peel

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse blueberries from mix with cold water and drain.

Place muffin mix in medium bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives. Stir in pecans. Press on bottom of pan. Bake @ 350º for 15 minutes or until set.

Combine cream cheese, sugar in medium bowl. Beat until smooth. Add egg, lemon juice/peel. Beat well. Spread over baked crust. Sprinkle with blueberries. Return to oven. Bake for additional 35-40 minutes or until filling is set. Cool completely. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut into bars.
