1 C Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/3 C Sour Cream
1/4 t Ground Black Pepper
1- 16 oz. Frozen Vegetable combination of broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, thawed
1 can (2.8 oz) French's French Fried Onions (1-1/3 C)
1/2 C Shredded Swiss Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Stir soup, sour cream, black pepper, vegetables, 2/3 C onions and 1/4 C cheese in 2 Qt. casserole. Cover.

Bake @ 350º for 40 mins. or until vegetables are tender, stir.

Sprinkle remaining onions and cheese over vegetable mixture. Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
