1 bunch of carrots
1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 cup raisins
Salad dressing -- Miracle Whip

Directions:

Grind carrots in meat grinder or food processor. Add pineapple and raisins. Use Miracle Whip to desired taste and consistency.

This was always a big hit when served as a side dish with a family dinner. The best part is that you can make it in just a few minutes and at the very last minute. This no-cook recipe makes a crunchy salad.
