Ingredients:
1 c. butter
1 c. peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Line 8" x 8" pan with aluminum foil and set aside. (Aluminum foil will be used to pull entire fudge block out of pan, so make sure when you line pan with foil, there is enough on the edges to grasp after it's been filled with the peanut butter mixture.)
Microwave peanut butter and butter on high for 2 minutes. Stir, and then microwave for another 2 minutes. Add vanilla and powdered sugar to peanut butter mixture. Mix well with wooden spoon. Spread mixture into aluminum foil-lined pan. Cover mixture with another piece of foil so it doesn't dry out, and place in the refrigerator to cool. Pull fudge block out of pan by grasping foil sides. Peel foil from fudge. Cut into 1" pieces and store in air-tight container.

Personal Notes:
Allison says: "This recipe is quick, easy, and affordable, and I get lots of compliments and requests for more. It makes me look like a much better cook than I really am." Editor notes: Did you know? Allison was born 6 weeks premature. She had a rough start in life, but has since become a strong, young lady.
