Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lb. beef - sirloin or whatever cut you prefer is fine, cut across the grain into strips 1/2 inch wide x 1/4 inch thick

Mix the following together for a marinade:
1/4C soy sauce
1/4C chicken broth or water
1T brown sugar or artificial sweetener
1t fresh garlic or 1/2t garlic powder
1t fresh grated ginger
2 green onions chopped
1T sesame seeds

Directions:

Marinate meat for anywhere from 1 hour to overnight. Grill quickly on a hot grill or cook slowly over low heat in a fry pan. Serve over white rice.
