2 cups (1lb.) cooked crumbled sausage
1 1/2 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup prepared Original Hidden Valley Dressing
1 can (2.25 oz.) sliced ripe olives
1/2. chopped red paper
1 package wan ton wrappers
vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Press 1 wrapper into mini muffin tin. Brush with oil. Bake 5 minutes until golden. Remove from tin.
Cook sausage, blot dry with paper towels, combine with cheese, salad dressing, olives and red pepper.
Place cups on baking sheet (or I use the muffin tins) fill with sausage mixture. Bake 5 minutes until bubbly.

This is a recipe that my nephews request. Bake the won ton cups, and make the filling in advance, then it is easy to just pop them in the oven.
