Microwave two minutes and then judge if creamy enough:
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
12 regular marshmallows
1/2 c. oleo

Preheat in microwave in 2 Qt. pitcher until it is hot and marshmallows are melted. Put in pan and cook, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Add: 12 oz. package of cherry chips-use Log House Brand, which you can find at HyVee or ALCO.
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour into a double wax paper lined 9 x 13 pan. Chill.

Melt in microwave the following that will be the topping:
12 oz. chocolate chips
2/3 C. peanut butter
Add:
3/4 lb. chopped (use food processor) no skin party peanuts. Stir well. Spread on top of cherry mixture.

Chill. Cut into 1 - 1 1/2 inch pieces.
