1 pc. Flat Bread
3 oz. Carmelized Onions
2 oz. Calzone Spice
1 tbsp. Roasted Garlic
3 oz. Roasted Red Pepper
1 1/2 c. (loose) Spring Mix
2 oz. Goat Cheese
Parsley as needed
Salt & Pepper as needed
2 oz. Calzone Spice

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-leaf sauce pan,med high. Place flat bread on baking sheet and spread 1 oz. oil in a thin layer across top. Then sprinkle with calzone spice. Bake 4-5 minutes until calzone spice begins to brown. Add olive oil to pan, and saute onions and peppers until hot through. Add spring mix and toss briefly until greens are slightly wilted and warm. Spread mixture over flatbreads. Top with goat cheese and parsley. Slice into 8 wide rectangles and serve on large platter 8 pieces up the center and two pieces on either side.
