1 8oz. of Philadelphia crm cheese
1 stick of margarine

1 box Jiffy Corn Bread mix
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can creamed corn

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the Phil. Crm. Cheese, margarine together.
Mix the peg. of corn bread mix according to directions on the box.
Add this t the cheese and margarine.
Add the can whole kernel corn and
the can of creamed corn to this mixture.
Stir it all together well.

Pour the mixture into a 9"x13" ungreased casserole dish or pan.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45-60 min. (until the pudding is firm.

This recipe was given to me by a woman in the Walnut Ridge community - when I pastored at Walnut Ridge Friends Church, back in the late 1980's. Her name was Billie Blessinger.
I have used this recipe a lot because it is so easy to prepare and most people like it.
