3 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/4 lb.blue cheese
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup brandy

1 cup fresh basil-chopped fine
2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
1 small clove garlic-chopped fine
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons olive oil

Place first 5 ingredients in blender-when well mixed-r remaining emove and divide in half. Line bottom of 8 inch spring form pan with circle of wax paper.. Spread 1/2 of cheese mixture in pan-spread evenly = and then spread pesto on to cheese mixtrure-and then remaining
cheese on top. Cover and refgerate at least 4 hours or overnite. Wnen ready to serve invert wheel-remove pan bottom and wax paper. Garnish with chopped chives.
