½ c. cocoa
¾ c. flour
3 c. sugar
6 c. milk
6 egg yolks (save egg whites for meringue topping)

Sift cocoa, flour and sugar together. Heat milk and pour on beaten eggs. Pour over dry ingredients. Cook until thickened – makes 4 pies.
