1 c. flour
¾ c. sugar
1 egg
2½ c. flour, regular
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Directions:
Directions:
Work butter until soft and creamy with sugar, add beaten egg and flavoring, add flour sifted with salt and baking powder. Dough may be rolled and cut with cookie cutter. Cook on ungreased cold cookie sheet. Bake at 400º until brown.
