3 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. salt
1-⅔ c. buttermilk
1 can cream style corn
1 onion, chopped
3 tsp. sugar
3 eggs
½ c. cooking oil
7 banana peppers or 4 hot peppers
1½ c. cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well, add 1½ cups grated cheese (cheddar cheese). Bake in greased pan for about 30 minutes at 425 º.
