3 small heads bibb lettuce, cleaned and torn into bite-size pieces
1 ½ pounds fresh spinach, cleaned and torn into bite-size pieces
3 oranges, peeled, sectioned, and seeded
¾ medium red onion, sliced and separated into rings
¾ c walnuts, coarsely chopped
3 t butter

Sweet-and-Soup Dressing:
1 ½ c vegetable oil
¾ c cider vinegar
¾ c sugar
1 ½ t salt
1 ½ t celery seed
1 ½ t poppy seeds
1 ½ t dry mustard (I didn’t use this or paprika)
1 ½ t paprika
1 ½ t grated onion

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, spinach, oranges and onion. Using saucepan, sauté walnuts in butter until lightly browned and add to lettuce mixture.

To make dressing, combine all of ingredients in a jar, shake well and chill in refrigerator. Shake before serving.
