5 cans beans (I use combination of navy, kidney, pinto, black and white beans)
1 diced onion
6 stalks chopped celery, including leaves
2-3 cups diced ham and smoked sausage
1 tbsp. each of garlic and onion powder
10 shakes of Tabasco sauce
½ to 1 tsp. ground red pepper
1 tbsp. Mrs. Dash Table Blend

Directions:
Directions:
Pour beans into colander, rinse and drain (to remove excess salt and starches)
Place in crockpot with remainder of ingredients and cover with fresh water.

Cook for 4-5 hours or until vegetables are tender.

Serve with diced onion and hot cornbread.
