Personal Notes:
Master's Tonic a.k.a. "Winkie Juice" is a great make at home autoimmune booster. This is a powerful pickle juice that works very well if you feel a cold coming on. Take one teaspoon 3 times per day to lessen the effects of a cold or flu. We use habanero peppers, but any variety of hot peppers will work. We have also have aged a gallon jar for three years. Like wine, the character of the elixir mellows somewhat over time. Paul has been known to sneak a tablespoon into a marinade for barbecued ribs.
