1 bag (30 ounces) frozen hashbrown potatoes, any style you'd like.
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 16 ounce container of sour cream
2 cans cream of potato soup, but you can use cream of chicken or ?
1/4 cup of chopped onions (or more or none if you want)
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
cooking spray
salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Preheat the over to 350º. Spray a 3 quart baking dish with cooking spray. Mix together potatoes, cheddar cheese, sour cream, soup, onion and parmesan cheese in a large bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour into baking dish and cover. Cook at 350º for 1 1/2 hours until potaotes are tender.

You can make this a whole meal by adding a couple cups of chicken, hamburger or ham. I add a little milk to it if I do. Also, you can sprinkle more cheese on the top to melt when done -- if you really like the cheesy.
