Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. sausage
6 slices white bread (crusts removed)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
9 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
(I have substituted frozen shredded hash browns for the bread)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, breaking apart as it cooks. I sprinkle a small amount of ground sage and onion powder as it cooks. Drain.
Cut bread in fourths; place in a greased 9x13x2 pan. Sprinkle sausage over bread, top with cheese.
Combine remaining ingredients, beat and pour over mixture in pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The next morning I set this out about 30 minutes before baking uncovered at 350 º for 50 minutes or until set.

Personal Notes:
Great for brunch served with blueberry muffins and a fresh fruit salad.
