4 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
(save juice)
2 cups red seedless grapes cut in half
1 cup finely chopped celery
2/3 cup cashews
1/4 tsp. dried tarragon
1 cup real mayonnaise
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. pineapple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. I like to add cashews just before serving so they aren't soggy.
Serve on croissant rolls.
