1/4 tsp. yellow mustard or Dijon
2-3 pods of fresh garlic
1/8 tsp. Worcestershire
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 cup croutons
1 head romaine lettuce
Can add anchovies if desired

Clean and tear lettuce into bite size pieces. Place in clean towel in refrigerator until needed at time of serving.

Mash garlic into wooden salad bowl, spreading it all around the bowl. In bowl add mustard, Worcestershire, lemon juice, olive oil and mix, then and egg into bowl and whisk. Add romaine, croutons, parmesan and toss at the last minute.
