1Pkg. frozen hashbrowns-thawed
2Pkg. cooked pork sausage, breakfast links cut into pieces
1C. chopped onion
2/3C. chopped green pepper
1 1/2C. shredded cheddar cheese
12 eggs
1 1/4C. milk
2tsp. chili powder
1-2tsp. salt
1-2tsp. pepper
1 jar salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Scatter 1/3 of frozen potatoes on bottom of crock-pot.
In Order:
Top with 1/3 of sliced sausage
1/3 of onion
1/3 of green pepper
1/3 of cheese
Repeat layering twice more starting with potatoes and ending with cheese.
Whisk eggs in a large mixing bowl add milk, chili powder, salt and pepper and whisk to blend well.
Slowly pour milk mixture evenly over top of potato mixture allowing it to soak in.
Cook on LOW 7-8 hrs. or until sausage is brown and mixture is set but still creamy. Serve with salsa if desired.
