1 tall can (1-2/3 cup) evaporated milk
2 tbsp butter
4-1/2 cups sugar
1 dash salt
1 package (12 oz size - 2 cups) chocolate chips, chopped
3 bars (4 oz each) sweet cooking chocolate, broken up
1 pint marshmallow cream
2 cups chopped pecans (walnuts work, too, or it's good without nuts)

Directions:

Combine milk, butter, sugar and salt. Bring to vigorous boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and let simmer for 6 minutes. Place other ingredients (except nuts) in large bowl. Gradually pour boiling syrup over chocolate marshmallow mixture. Beat well. Stir in nuts and place in buttered pans. Store in cool place to harden. Cut into squares.
